Tomasz Furca
Software Engineer & Architect

I am a Java engineer, systems architect and AI product founder. For over 22 years I have been building, scaling and maintaining software — systems that solve real business problems, generate revenue and last for years. I combine experience from large enterprise systems with practical use of generative AI.
Enterprise Java and cloud
For more than 10 years I have designed scalable backends, microservices and high-traffic systems with Java, Spring Boot, GCP and Kubernetes. For a decade I scaled e-commerce microservices at Kinguin — a global marketplace serving customers worldwide.
AI in production
I designed and launched POSTIVA on my own — an AI SaaS product with a backend, a web app and React Native mobile apps on a single backend. I build production LLM workflows with Spring AI, using OpenAI, Google Vertex AI and Stable Diffusion.
AI_devs 3 — Agents certificate (2025)Long-term thinking
I have been developing and maintaining KNIGHTS since 2004. It is the best lesson in architecture, technical debt and owning a product for years. I bring the same approach to my work as a technical advisor for Manage and Balma.
Beyond the code
Earlier I was an electronic music producer and DJ — I played Global Gathering and Electrocity, on Q-Dance stages. It taught me to perform under pressure. In my spare time I experiment with Unreal Engine.
Process
How I work
A clear path from business problem to working software.
- 1
Discovery
You do not need a prepared specification. I start by listening to understand your business, users and the problem to solve.
- 2
Solution scope
I help define the priorities, boundaries and a useful first version, so we share a clear direction.
- 3
Architecture and build
I design the architecture and implement the solution, discussing decisions and progress with you along the way.
- 4
Launch
I prepare the application for launch and help establish how it will run and what should come next.
