POSTIVA

My own AI product that plans, writes and publishes social media content for small businesses, specialists and creators.

POSTIVA on desktop and mobile: the weekly strategy and calendar of planned posts, with a post awaiting approval on a phone.
POSTIVA on the web and in the mobile app.

Purpose

POSTIVA helps small businesses, freelancers, specialists and creators plan, create and publish social media content with AI. Instead of an empty calendar, it starts from a business goal and prepares a plan for the whole week.

Problem

Small businesses rarely have time to sit down and plan their content. Without a plan, every post starts from a blank page, publishing becomes irregular and social media does not support the business goal.

My contribution

I am the founder and creator of POSTIVA. I took the product from the idea through product decisions, architecture and implementation to launch — the web application, the iOS and Android apps, and the website. Development started in January 2025 and POSTIVA launched in May 2026.

Capabilities

  • Weekly strategy and daily plan — one goal per week, topics and formats with a rationale, and concrete tasks for each day.
  • AI assistant in the brand’s voice — it asks about the idea before writing a post, Reel or carousel.
  • AI images and text enhancer — carousel slides and post graphics, plus ready-made options to make a draft shorter, more engaging or stronger at the end.
  • Calendar and publishing — the user approves the content and the time, and POSTIVA publishes to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Profile protection — AI hides clearly toxic comments and suggests replies in the brand’s voice.
  • Analytics, post suggestions and collaborators — weekly summaries, ideas for refreshing posts that performed well, and approval before publishing.

Outcome

POSTIVA is available on the web and in the iOS and Android apps, in English and Polish, with a free plan and paid plans for creators and teams.
